QUALIFICATIONS

1.  Baccalaureate degree holder
2.  Natural-born Filipino citizen
3.  At least 5 feet tall (both male and female)
4.  Physically and Mentally fit
5.  At least 20 years old but not a day older than 27 years old upon oath-taking
6.  No pending case in any court

REQUIREMENTS

1.  College Diploma
2.  Transcript of Records
3.  PSA Birth Certificate
4.  Any government-issued ID
5.  2 x 2 ID picture
6.  Whole body picture
