π——π—œπ—— 𝗬𝗒𝗨 π—žπ—‘π—’π—ͺ | Navy Personnel Management Center (NPMC) was a Special Staff of the FOIC, PN that was eventually transformed into a Support Unit. NPMC is the overall responsible for the recruitment and career management of PN personnel.

The NPMC was transformed from a Special Staff to a Support Unit in a ceremony held on July 28, 2016 at Bonifacio Naval Station in Taguig City. The ceremony was led by then Rear Adm. Rafael G. Mariano, the Acting Flag Officer in Command of the PN during that time.
